You are expected to download (by clicking on the documents) each of the six (6) documents below and print them.

      3. Checklist of Items
      4. List of Recommended Textbooks
      5. Student Health Form
      6. Student Personal Details Form

You are expected to come to the school on the admission day (yet to be announced) with these documents especially number 5 & 6. The items on the checklist will be checked to ensure that all are provided.
